Feet Turn Red After Shower

For the past few months my daughter has had painful itchy feet in the shower and they are blood red.

Feet turn red after shower. Blood red feet in after shower. A red rash on the lower legs accompanies recurring bouts of fever abdominal pain bowel upset. Foot redness is usually caused by skin infections or fungal infections.

I have changed the shampoo etc so it s not that. I wear all day 4th compression class stockings and when i take them off in the evening and take a shower my right foot gets soooo hot red and it hurts very much. Keep cold water in a bowl handy.

My first thoughts was water too hot which shower gel shampoo is she using etc etc water temp is fine as it is set for my 4 year old. After my warm shower trying to avoid legs as much as possible0 i then turn the water to cold and shower my legs and feet. Raynaud disease familial mediterranean fever.

Chances are we have all experienced itchy feet after a shower. Have to be a bit stoical to do this. Essential to keep the legs cool.
